NEW YEAR
NE W YEA R
ith 2024 in full swing,
I look back proudly on
the team’s achieve-
Wments over the last
few years – our coffee shop and
all its recent upgrades, the padel
court, multi-use facility, forest and
stream rejuvenations, to name just
a few. I’m really looking forward
to this year, just to see what we’ll
come up with next!
The team outdid themselves last
year with many highly successful
and enjoyable events, and after
reviewing the calendar for this year,
it would appear that 2023 was just
a warm-up!
I always refer to Kyalami Estates
as uniquely beautiful, boasting
a multitude of clubs right on our
doorsteps. These include pilates,
fitness, cricket, cycling, karate,
soccer, running, dance and yoga, to
name just a few. Once the fitness
regimes are complete, residents
can be found enjoying our serene
parks, dams and forest walks.
Environmentally friendly initiatives
are available in the form of the
Bokashi programme or food waste
recycling, and residents are en-
couraged to register with the Estate
office should they wish to partici-
pate in this.
Of paramount importance is the
safety and security of our Estate,
and we remain resolute in that
stance, with security upgrades
and enhancements taking place
throughout 2024.
I could go on for pages about
Kyalami Estates, but its true beauty
lies in its sense of community spirit
– the residents. We thank you for
making this Estate so special and
unique, and look forward to anoth-
er fantastic year with you and your
families.
