                                                                       a class with Yin and then flow into Yang Yoga. Vinyasa flow is a
                                                                       yang practice. Benefits of Yang yoga are that it strengthens and
                                                                        tones the body, improves flexibility and circulation, increases
                                                                      stamina and calms the mind down by synchronising movement and
                                                                      breath, It assists with weight loss, removes tension and obstacles in
                                                                             the body to allow breath and energy to flow.
