YOGA WITH HAJERA
DETOX YOGA
For beginners, unfit, frail or sometimes
in a wheelchair,
this yoga is excellent for those
debilitated by rheumatism, arthritis,
high blood pressure, heart problems
or other ailments where vigorous
exercise is not advised.
YIN YOGA
It involves gentle, relaxing postures to alleviate
tension, enhance breath awareness and develop
mindfulness.
It involves holding asanas practiced on the floor for
approximately 3-5 minutes. It helps to:
balance emotions, improve flexibility, stretch
connective tissue, boost circulation, improve
sleep, enhance mental focus, promote relaxation,
develop breath awareness, reduce stress and
anxiety and increase circulation. It also helps to
improve flexibility, release fascia, improve joint
mobility, assists with weight loss, lose body fat,
balance internal organs and improve the flow of chi
or prana.
YANG YOGA
Yang Yoga is more external, dynamic and warming.
Vinyasa flow is a yang practice. Benefits of Yang
yoga include strengthening and toning the body,
improving flexibility and circulation, increasing
stamina and calms the mind down by synchronising
movement and breath. It assists with weight loss,
removes tension and obstacles in the body to allow Nanny 'n me
breath and energy to flow.
