Calibre Plastics (Pty) Ltd
have been supplying local
and international customers for
more than five decades.

Our 40 plastic injection moulding machines, ranging from 40 ton up
to 1350 ton clamping force, can mould parts up to 7.5kg in different
plastic materials such as ABS, HDPE, LDPE, nylon, polycarbonate,
polyethylene, polypropylene and a variety of synthetic rubbers.

Our skilled staff has a vast knowledge of the specific applications
for the different materials and can advise on the unique qualities eg
density, rigidity and strength of a specific grade of material.

Calibre Plastics has invested in energy saving equipment,
renewable energies and in-house recycling operations which
ensures that we produce plastics products in an environmentally
responsible manner. Our backup generators/solar solution has
enabled us to continue supplying our customers
during loadshedding.

Tool and die making services
A well-established CNC capable
toolroom that specialises in the design
and building of plastic injection moulds.
Our experienced toolmakers regularly
design and build moulds for our
European customers.
