Architecture brings contrast and interesting shapes through different materials and shaded areas against the streetscape – it’s a moving
landscape as the shadows and reflections change. It’s also all individual, all personal.
Who would not love to have a neighbour
with such a beautiful sidewalk and
entrance? This is something most Silver
Lakers invest a lot of their time and
effort into. We’re all about reflecting
our individuality and a proud sense of
belonging. Each home seems to say: “This
belongs to me, I belong here.”
How awesome must it be to be a child in
our estate with individual-style houses.
They do not need to tell their friends a
street number, just “we live in the red
brick house with the tricky creeper up the
pillar by the entrance gate” as no house
looks the same on our estate.
No street looks the same either: a sense
of unity is created through the sidewalk
plants, especially the trees. Not even Who would not enjoy living close to such a beautiful garden?
our paving is the same, just the beautiful
plants.
Streetscapes are pleasing to the eye,
welcoming to all tired residents coming
back home after a day’s work. Even
dustbin day does not detract from this
awesome streetscape.
