reappointed for 36 months after an extensive
tender process. We are pleased to confirm
that several additional benefits were offered,
including training all officers in riot control,
thereby enabling the members on duty at
any given time to be kitted and equipped
whenever the need arises.

All reaction officers and management who
are firearm competent will also receive
advanced tactical training. This will allow for
a higher level of competency, which is sorely
needed during any crisis that may arise. Public
relations and other in-service training will
also take place on a regular basis to further
enhance service delivery capacity.

Access control is always relevant, especially
at this time of the year. Please ensure that
contractors, domestic workers, gardeners
and others are registered/re-registered in
time and with the correct legally required
documentation.

Golf cart registrations will now be
administered by the Security department.
Please note that the process will entail the
following:
• Auditing of existing registered carts/
numbers.
• Confirmation of existing allocated numbers
to ensure that owners keep their number,
strictly before the due date.
• New numbers will then be allocated on a
first-come, first-serve basis.
• Annual registration fees will then be due.
