very Saturday, The Country Readiness School hosts
Ea new great challenge on Facebook to entertain our
kids. One that made a big impression on me was the
pizza challenge. I have always wanted to make pizza from
scratch, and this was my opportunity to learn how to do
it. More than that, all the CRS kids would get their hands,
and our kitchens floury, and have great fun doing it. First,
they had to measure out the ingredients, then they had
to make the dough, and finally, watch it rise. Then they
had to roll out the dough for their pizzas. We had to make
the sauce for the pizza bases and prepare all the toppings.
(Sauce = essentially a mixture of tomato, olive oil, garlic,
origanum). The posts that followed afterwards made it
very clear that delicious meals were served, tummies were
full and the mission was successful.
