News
he Blue Valley Homeowners Association
(BVHOA) has moved quickly and progressed well
Tfor the first quarter of 2023. The General meeting hosted
on 23 February 2023 was a great success in achieving the meeting
objectives. There were pertinent projects approved by homeowners,
benefiting the estate aesthetics, infrastructure and security for residents’
enjoyment and peace of mind.
Our service delivery portfolios have pushed the boundaries by striving for excellence to
service residents’ needs as best as possible at all times. From an infrastructure perspective,
projects on streetlights, mini substations and street electrical meter cabinets have been
executed successfully, monitored and maintained more effectively.
From an aesthetic view, with the winter season approaching us, we have explored and implemented
seasonal seed sowing to enhance the beauty of our estate’s look and feel during winter. We have also
initiated various signage projects to maintain a consistent flow within our estate.
From a safety angle, security has embarked on a few short and long-term security initiatives such as speed
cameras, additional CCTV cameras and upgrading the security control room.
Our Environmental Health and Safety portfolio has also embarked on a pilot play park upgrade project to
improve the design and layout of our play parks, striving to modernise our estate.
The HOA has also successfully implemented a contact customer service desk for Trafalgar, our property
managing agent, to assist homeowners with any levy-related queries. This has been working very well so far and
we encourage homeowners to use the service.
The BVHOA wishes residents a warm, cosy, and safe winter season.
“Happy reading”
