tell, and a lot of them. The mainstream media
should really get behind some of them.
AA: How does the Good Things Guy handle
bad days?
BL: I have bad days like everyone else, and
honestly we have been through the most since
COVID hit. From not being able to buy roast
chickens (what was that??), to hard lockdowns,
alcohol bans, lives and livelihoods being lost,
it really is an awful lot for us to deal with and
the strain on the health system tells a bleak
picture of many of us having to seek expert
help when it comes to dealing with increased
levels of anxiety, depression and feeling
overwhelmed. Fortunately, I surround myself
with a close group of friends and family that
can always pick me up when I’m down. And on
those darker days, I just need to list five things
I’m grateful for and that changes my outlook
