Father’s Day at The Club – 20th June 2021 RESIDENTIAL ESTATE

• A three-course meal at R230.00 per adult and R150.00 for children aged 4 to 12!
• Bookings close at 12pm on Sunday, 13 June 2021, and bookings are confirmed with payment by Wednesday, 16 June 2021.
• Please email clubhouse@fwg.co.za with your menu selections and to receive an invoice for payment to confirm your booking.
• Please indicate any vegetarian meals required when booking.

Starter Dessert
Choice of: Prawns sautéed in a peri peri and An Amarula macerated homemade bread and
coriander butter, presented on salad leaves butter pudding, rum incorporating soaked raisins

and garnished with a mixed pepper salsa. and presented with a rich custard and topped with
OR piped cream.
Chicken liver pâté served with a cranberry jelly and
presented with toast fingers. Junior VIPs

main Choice of: Normal bread and butter pudding

Choice of: Garlic and rosemary studded slow OR
roasted leg of lamb presented on a jus lié. Ice cream presented in a wafer basket with a warm
OR chocolate sauce.

Whole rump cooked to perfection and sliced with an
assorted mushroom cream sauce enhanced with
cracked pink peppercorns for in-depth flavour.

*All mains include Grandma’s roast chicken with our
classic stuffing, presented with roast potatoes and
rustic roast winter vegetables..
