QUIZ NIGHT

challenges, Quiz Night will go on!
The sixth quiz night of 2023 saw
Ca room full of eager participants;
there were 14 teams, including the sponsors
and a non-competing team. Shaken Not
Stirred placed second in the scores but were
not eligible for a prize as they were over the
maximum of six team members.

Once technology challenges were overcome,
the quiz ran at full steam; participants were
challenged with questions both surprisingly
easy and stupefying!

Final placements saw The Wild Roses claim
first place for the second time in 2023, while
The Drinking Cubs came second – marking
their second top-three ranking this year.
Third place went to Team Keip, marking
their fourth top-three ranking this year. So,
the 2023 league is shaping up to be fiercely
contested.
Francesca Beattie Properties, Snyman’s
Attorneys and Better Bond were our
sponsors for this quiz night, and the lucky
draw prizes were just as well received as
the cash prizes. Lorraine Allem walked
away with a delicious hamper from Better
Bond and Jane Honiball won the hamper,
courtesy of Francesca Beattie Properties.
