Friday 30 June

here was R6 000 to be won at
our sixth monthly draw of 2023.
The Gardens Bistro was fully
Tbooked despite the winter chill.
Our recently appointed estate manager,
Charlene Marlin, also attended. This gave
residents a chance to meet the dynamic
leader of the HOA team.

Sav Stephens and Anne Copley from
Century 21 mingled with the guests and
ensured that all attendees completed a
lucky draw entry. Our lucky draw prize
winners were Ian Isdale and Grahame
Sinclair, with Renzo Moreira winning the
kiddies draw.

The main event was the draw for the R6 000
kitty and the excitement was high! Page
15 was drawn, with many properties on
Robina, Raintree, Camdeboo, Robinia and
Pagoda in the running. To the relief of all
the other homeowners in attendance, the
would-be lucky winner was not present. So,
once again, the kitty rolls over!
