NEW RESIDENT
MEET AND GREET
n late October, we hosted our first New Resident, Meet and
Greet at The Gardens Bistro. New residents were invited to
meet fellow residents, as well as management and directors,
Iproviding them an opportunity to ask questions and ensure a
smooth settling-in process.
Settling did not seem difficult as we managed to talk the night
away, with many already fully involved in the community. It was
heartwarming to see certain new residents meeting up with a
parent from school, whom they didn’t know lived here, and old
acquaintances reconnecting on the night.
Due to the success of the evening, the HOA will host these evenings
for new residents twice to three times a year (depending on the
number of new residents moving in).
We thank all who took the time to enjoy a glass of wine and mingle
with us, and we look forward to the next one!
