Dam repairs
Repairs were conducted on two of the golf
course dams – one at the 16th and the other
at the 14th hole. Repairs were required due
to years of soil erosion, which had resulted
in water losses. This has now been rectified.

Servicing of fire equipment
Residents will have noticed that the fire
equipment within the estate has been
serviced recently. Pressure testing was
conducted to ensure that there was
sufficient water pressure within the hydrant
lines in case of an emergency.
Streetlight and electrical repairs
The City of Tshwane has granted the Silver
Lakes HOA permission to assist with repairs
to their infrastructure. This means the HOA Pothole repairs
maintenance team is legally permitted Our pothole teams are hard at work
to attend to various faulty streetlights as attending to potholes within the estate.
They are currently repairing on average
seven potholes per day, weather permitting.
