ESTATE NEWS
Only players wearing proper tennis shoes are permitted to use
the courts – they’re lace-up shoes with vulcanised rubber soles
and lightweight uppers, typically made of canvas or another
textile. A running shoe with rubber soles will also be allowed. All
other types of shoes are not permitted as they will cause damage
to the court flooring. Barefoot play is not permitted. Should you
play on court with the incorrect shoes, you will be liable for a
R1 000 fine.
Correct tennis racket
It is the player’s responsibility to make sure that he or she is
playing with a tennis racket. No other racket will be allowed.
NO EATING OR DRINKING ON COURT
Please drink your energy drinks off the court. No food may be
consumed or taken onto the courts. Should any players be caught
eating or drinking on court, they will be liable for a R500 fine.
The tennis courts are open from 07:00 to 19:00 every day.
Enjoy our beautiful, resurfaced tennis courts!
