ith the cold snap behind us
and R7,500 to be won at the
Monthly Draw, we had a great
Wturnout for the September
Monthly Draw! The agents from Century
21 Fourways, Rachel, Kymn and Jennifer
ensured that all newcomers received
the entry slips for the lucky draw prizes,
which were amazing as always! Our Estate
Manager, Charlene, also attended this
Monthly Draw and could be found catching
residents up on the latest developments in
the estate and was at the helm to oversee
the draws!

The first lucky draw winner was Marilu
Meiring, and Andrea Antel won the other
hamper. The kiddies’ draw was won by a
very excited visitor and the R500 voucher
has surely been well spent by now! The
cash kitty was at R7,500 and drew many to
The Gardens Bistro to witness the draw, as
homeowners (or registered spouses) must
be present to claim the prize in person
and be in good standing with the HOA, of
course! To much fanfare, the cash kitty draw
was held, and the winner, while in good
standing, was not present to claim the prize.
This was met with a relieved sigh by those
in attendance who knew that this meant a
rollover for the October Monthly Draw!

Our October Monthly Draw cash kitty will
now be a very healthy R9,000 – perfect to
buy a lot of candy for the upcoming Trick-
or-Treat!

food and drinks and stand the chance to
win a hamper, or maybe even the cash kitty
if you’re lucky!
