           Simbithi Eco-Estate on KZN’s north coast recently completed and launched a state-
           of-the-art sports complex for its residents, comprising a lap pool, bowling green,

           pavilion deck, tennis, squash and padel courts. All aspects of the complex were
           designed with environmental stewardship in mind, aligning with the Estate’s core
           design ethos of sustainability, water conservation and eco-friendly landscaping.
